1:1 Coaching Questions

Are you a therapist or claiming to replace therapy?

No and no. We do not diagnose conditions. This is coaching and mentorship, which means we help you to identify challenges, and then give you action and skill-focussed solutions to fix the problems you're experiencing. However, in our experience, many people report that with the success they feel, this work can feel highly therapeutic - even when it's not therapy based.

This is not for anyone who is looking to be diagnosed or prescribed, and any diagnosis should be given and addressed by the appropriate licensed professionals. If therapy is needed, we may collaborate or refer out. Further, this is not for any individual who is currently in crisis care, active addiction, or ongoing domestic violence.

Apollo Coaching Group provides coaching, mentorship, and education. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services. For support with abuse or sexual violence, reach out to resources listed on our Resources page.

Do you work with men and women?

Yes. I coach both, as well as couples as long as both people are fully bought into making progress and changes together.

Do you work with couples?

Yes, I do work with couples, but only under specific conditions.

This is not couples therapy. Traditional couples therapy often moves slowly, with sessions getting lost in arguments or one partner expecting the therapist to “pick a side.” That dynamic doesn’t serve real growth, and it’s not how I coach.

If I work with you as a couple, it’s on the condition that both of you show up fully bought in - as a team, solution-focused, and willing to let me lead the process. My role is to guide you into building solutions, not to referee fights or validate unspoken agendas.

If either partner comes in trying to be “right,” or expecting me to take their side, resentment builds and the process breaks down.

Even when I do work with couples, I usually recommend that each person have their own individual coaching path. That way, both of you can grow on your own timeline while we also come together for joint sessions every few weeks as a trio to integrate that work.

When you show up as a team and commit to the process, that’s when couples coaching becomes powerful.

What if my partner won't join?

One person can make incredible progress to shift the system. We start with you. If your partner joins later, great.

What is privacy like? Is it protected?

Absolutely. Privacy is one of the pillars of how we work. We've coached professional athletes, executives, entrepreneurs, and individuals whose public reputations are tied to their careers - and we know what discretion means at that level.

We never share testimonials, names, or details without explicit permission. Any story or feedback you see on this site has been voluntarily offered and approved by the client themselves.

If you choose to work with me, you can rest assured that our sessions remain confidential. If you have specific concerns about privacy, we’ll address them directly in your consultation so you feel fully safe before we begin.

Your growth should never come at the cost of your security.

Do you work with men in relationships?

Yes. Whether single or partnered, this program resets you first. The healthiest relationships begin with the healthiest relationship to self. When you show up as grounded, respected, safe, and consistent, everything around you shifts.

What if I don't have much time?

Who does? This program is built for busy men like us. Weekly calls and modules are short, detailed, and actionable. What matters is how you integrate them into your daily life. If you can set aside 30 minutes per day, and 60 minutes once per week for the group call, you'll be in a good spot.

What time will calls be?

Sundays at 5pm PST

What if I need to cancel or drop out?

If you cancel more than 2 weeks before the start of the group your payment is fully refundable. After 2 weeks before the start date is NON refundable and you will continue to be billed for all 3 months on a monthly basis. If you’re committing to the process you need to be 100% in.
If your life isn't where you want it to be, then we are holding you to the commitment you make to yourself.

What happens after the 90 days?

We will have a container available for those who wish to continue onwards and maintain access to the modules and resources.
