3-Month Program Map

Three phases across 12 weeks. Each week has one clear outcome and a daily practice.

Month 1 - Reset The System

Ground and map: Clarity lowers fear and calms the body. When you can see your patterns and name what pulls you off center, fear drops and choice returns. This week gives you that clear picture so the path ahead feels workable. We start by noticing and becoming aware your real life pattern, become aware of your blindspots, map your activations and triggers, common loops, and the places you abandon yourself. We will also begin implementing practices that allow you to create a new baseline that will be the fertile soil for us to plant seeds.

Stop the spiral: Anxiety is loud when it believes you are unsafe. Understanding what your spikes mean helps your system come back to steady. You learn protocols and resets to stop letting the maladaptive habits run your life.

Structure and self worth: Uncertainty feeds anxiety. You set dating and relationship protocols and write clean standards so you stop bargaining against yourself and start feeling proud of how you show up.

Month 2 - Healthy Connection & Communication

Secure speaking and listening: Communication is a skill. Tension drops when the message and tone match. You learn why clear, low heat, non-confrontational and secure language turns hard conversations into forward movement instead of defence. When the nervous system feels respected, people lean in instead of bracing.

Boundaries that create respect: Connection needs edges to feel safe. A boundary is a promise to yourself, not a threat to them. When you hold your line calmly, you stop over-giving, resentment eases, and the relationship feels cleaner for both people.

Build repair protocols: Conflict is normal. But trust returns when repair is fast, specific, and real.

Polarity and attraction: When the body relaxes, it gives opportunity for playfulness and polarity come back online.

The push and pull dynamic: The push and pull dynamic with an avoidant is the loop that drains respect, desire, and hope. You will learn what actually drives the distance & pursuit cycle, how to stop personalizing every gap, and how to keep momentum with an avoidant partner without chasing or managing. The goal is steadiness that invites closeness rather than pressure that creates flight.

Month 3 - Identity

Identity & Energy - From anxious to anchored: Identity drives behaviour, and when you change your energy, you change your life. You will create a daily calibration that sets your state before you set your schedule.

Integrity and self leadership: Secure is a daily practice. You build simple systems for decisions, routines, and standards so you lead your life instead of reacting to it.

Maintaining your highest self: Maintaining results requires a plan. You'll lock a maintenance plan and a personal relapse repair plan so progress keeps stacking after the program ends.

Can you guarantee results in 90 days?

No. Human change is not linear and no one can ethically guarantee a specific emotional outcome. What we do guarantee is the container: weekly coaching, clear tools, and direct feedback. If you attend the calls, complete the modules, and do the practices, you will have the best possible conditions for real progress.

Are you a therapist or claiming to replace therapy?

No and no. We do not diagnose conditions. This is coaching and mentorship, which means we help you to identify challenges, and then give you action and skill-focussed solutions to fix the problems you're experiencing. However, in our experience, many people report that with the success they feel, this work can feel highly therapeutic - even when it's not therapy based.

This is not for anyone who is looking to be diagnosed or prescribed, and any diagnosis should be given and addressed by the appropriate licensed professionals. If therapy is needed, we may collaborate or refer out. Further, this is not for any individual who is currently in crisis care, active addiction, or ongoing domestic violence.

Is this right if I'm single?

Yes. We will give you the tools to build secure patterns now so you do not repeat old cycles when you meet someone.

Is this right if I'm in a relationship?

Yes. Single or in a relationship, we will give you the tools.

What time will calls be?

Sundays at 5pm PST. We will run one live call each week. Times are announced before each cohort. All calls are recorded.

What if I miss a call?

You will have access to recordings and can submit questions in advance if you'd like.

What if I need to cancel or drop out?

If you cancel more than 2 weeks before the start of the group your payment is fully refundable. After 2 weeks before the start date is NON refundable and you will continue to be billed for all 3 months on a monthly basis. If you’re committing to the process you need to be 100% in.
If your life isn't where you want it to be, then we are holding you to the commitment you make to yourself.

What happens after the 90 days?

We will have a container available for those who wish to continue onwards and maintain access to the modules and resources.
