How Coaching Works

You’ll get 1:1 coaching calls directly with Denon. We’ll meet for two calls per month. The first call is focused on understanding you, your relationship patterns, and building a simple map for the weeks ahead.

You’ll also have direct messaging access to Denon through Slack for added support between calls. That’s where you can check in, ask questions, and stay on track as things come up in real time. You’ll also be inside a community space where you can share wins, get support, and stay accountable when you feel stuck.

If you want more support, you can always book additional calls at a discounted rate. Otherwise, messaging is there to help you keep moving week by week.

Can you guarantee results in 4 Months?

Human change is not linear and no one can ethically guarantee a specific emotional outcome. What we do guarantee is the container: Eight (8) 1-1 calls to support you, applicable tools, and direct feedback. If you integrate the information from your calls, complete the modules, and do the practices, you will have the best possible conditions in place to embody the work you're putting in and seeing long-term progress.

Are you a therapist or claiming to replace therapy?

No and no. We do not diagnose conditions. This is coaching and mentorship, which means we help you to identify challenges, and then give you action and skill-focussed solutions to fix the problems you're experiencing. However, in our experience, many people report that with the success they feel, this work can feel highly therapeutic - even when it's not therapy based.

This is not for anyone who is looking to be diagnosed or prescribed, and any diagnosis should be given and addressed by the appropriate licensed professionals. If therapy is needed, we may collaborate or refer out. Further, this is not for any individual who is currently in crisis care, active addiction, or ongoing domestic violence.

If you’re committing to the process you need to be 100% in.
If your life isn't where you want it to be, then I am holding you to the commitment you made to yourself.

What happens after the 4 months?
